The Happy Herb Difference

What Sets Us Apart

Happy Herb grew out of our founder’s own health journey. After facing cancer, she came to believe that good food is the foundation of good health — so she grows it herself, without pesticides and with as little chemical fertilizer as possible. Here’s what that means for your visit.

Guests harvesting fresh herbs and vegetables in the Happy Herb organic garden Garden to Table

A class that begins in the garden

Before you cook, you meet the ingredients. You harvest fresh herbs and vegetables, walk through a real working farm, and learn the Thai wisdom behind food that supports the body.

01 Harvest 02 Cook 03 Share

Your Happy Herb Visit

Five reasons this feels different from an ordinary cooking class.

  1. Harvest From Our Own Garden

Pick fresh herbs and vegetables from our organic garden and cook them the same hour. We bring in a few extras to round out the menu — but the garden is where your class begins.

  2. A Licensed Cannabis Farm Beside the Kitchen

The class sits in front of a fully licensed, GACP-certified cannabis farm. Whether or not you book the tour, you’re welcome to a quick self-guided photo walk in our gated cannabis garden.

  3. Credentials You Can Verify

GAP, organic, and Tourism Authority of Thailand licenses are shown openly. What we claim, we can prove.

  4. A Full Farm Day, Not Just a Class

Farm tour, harvesting, cooking, and a shared garden meal — with optional cannabis-farm and waterfall add-ons.

  5. Eat for Your Health, the Thai Way

Learn how ginger soothes, and how lemongrass and turmeric support the body. You’ll know not just how to cook, but why it’s good for you.

Not a city kitchen. Not just a recipe. A full garden day rooted in health, transparency, and Thai herbal wisdom.
